I Wanna Serve Jesus 

I wanna serve Jesus

til my last dying breath

through every trial

and through every test

I wanna love Jesus

with all my heart and soul

til His spirit within me

is taking full control

I wanna show Jesus

that for souls I really care

for all the lost sheep in the world

scattered everywhere

I wanna surrender to Jesus

and follow where he leads

to glorify His name

and spread the gospel seeds

I wanna be Jesus' s disciple

and continue in His Word

to meditate on the scriptures

over the years I've heard

I wanna forsake all I have

and follow Him all the way

to have a closer walk with Him

and His will to obey

I wanna see Jesus

when my life here is through

as He leads me to that fair land

way far beyond the blue

I wanna be with Jesus

and serve him day and night

in that place where there is

no darkness, only glorious light

Mark 12:30: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Revelation 7:15: Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

Revelation 22:5: And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light; and they shall reign for ever and ever
